Shipping Policy

Order Processing

 

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

If you purchased through Amazon, their fulfillment and shipping timelines apply.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume seasons

  • Inventory availability

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (if available for your shipping method).

 

Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship within the United States. Additional regions may be added in the future.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Conscious Play Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors

  • Contacting the carrier directly

  • Verifying your shipping address

We’re happy to assist with documentation if you need to file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at:
customersupport@consciousplayco.com

Include:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product + packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the problem quickly.
